Voting & Elections
Voting for area elections are held through Kaufman County. Please check for specific elections, but when precincts have not been consolidated elections are typically held at the Talty Baptist Church, 5210 N. FM 148. The church is located about ¼ mile south of intersection of FM 148 and FM 2932. When precincts have been consolidated due to anticipated low turnout, they are held at First Baptist Church of Forney.
Early voting is consistently held at Kaufman County sub-courthouses.
We anticipate cancelling the 2017 election since the incumbents filed for reelection and have no opposition.
