The Town of Talty is accepting sealed proposals for the sale of one (1) or more acres of land located inside the Town limits and suitable for the construction of a building to be used as the Town Hall.  Please deliver site proposals to the Town of Talty, 9550 Helms Trail, Suite 500, Forney Texas by September 5, 2008.  Mark the envelope "Town Hall Site Proposal."
