Regular City Council meetings are scheduled for 7 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at the Trinity Family Church, I-20 and FM 1641. Due to virus restrictions, the next meeting will be at 7 p.m. on May 19.

Budgets

Proposed Replat Adding To Irish Ridge Lot 16; Combining Lots 23 And 24

Public Hearings Notice- Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council

The City of Talty Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council shall hold public hearings and take
action on a proposed replatting of Irish Ridge Lots 16 and 24. The purpose of the replat will be to add
approximately 0.17 acres to Lot 16, 9361 Adams (PID 27361) from Lot 24, Ragsdale Street (PID 204416).
This will allow Lot 16 to become a one acre lot. The public hearings shall take place at 6:30 p.m. and 7:00
p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Persons desiring more information or wishing to express support or
opposition may respond to talty@taltytexas.com. They may also contact city staff at 972-552-9592 or by
mail at 9550 Helms Trail #500, Forney TX 75126.

The same ownership has both lots. The purpose is to add enough land to Lot 16 to make it one acre, the minimum for the installation of desired aerobic system improvements.

The purpose of the replat will be to combine the lots into a single lot. The parcels,  Irish Ridge Lot 23 Ragsdale Street (PID 27361) and Lot 24, Ragsdale Street (PID 204416)are located on the south side of the cul-de-sac. The public hearings shall take place at 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the Trinity Family Church. Persons desiring more information or wishing to express support or opposition may respond to talty@taltytexas.com. They may also contact city staff at 972-552-9592 or by mail at 9550 Helms Trail #500, Forney TX 75126.

Again, the same ownership owns both lots, along with Lot 16 from the May hearings. The owner is requesting combining Lots 23 and 24 in order to create a single lot due to enhanced development potential.
